A Riad Kitchen in the Heart of the Emirates
Alafiya Maghribi was born from a simple promise: to cook the Morocco we grew up with — no shortcuts, no imitations. Our spices are ground in-house, our couscous is steamed the traditional way, and every tajine carries the patience of hours over a low flame.
